Last night i turned of my xbox.
And now when i try to turn it on nothing happens.
no lights nothing it's dead.
What could be the reason and how could i fix it?

Power supply, check the fuse if you see the fan spin but not turnning then the Power supply is dead!

Fan doesn't do anything.
You got an idea were i can get a new power supply for a 1.5 box?

Buy & sell or ebay ... the fuse is neer the power in connector either is a round "ceramic" type or long convention fuse tupe (with black ruber)

i think what he means is if u watch the fan as u hit the power button , u should see a slight jolt of the fan blades , like its gonna start spinning , but just stops again , , neo , if it wasnt what u were on about , im sorry lol , flame away hehehehe

There are some PS sell in the buy & sell section in this forum, make sure you are buying a same one for you xbox (v1.0, v1.1, v1.2 ...etc) or linksang.com should have it

so what if the fan runs all the time put that all is it a fuse or power supply or something else

If you got the fan that the power supply is good, the problem could be a mobo more pricise is the Video chips ... try to remove the DVD or HD if it boot up with error or FRAG
