seriously, lol, it would take you the same amount of time to just go check xbins than to make that post

in fact, just checking is a hell of alot quicker than waiting for an answer, since it took like 6 hours for me to come on and say "yes"

As far as i'm aware, this is totally legal.
MS have WinCE 4.2 .NET for Download on their website. They people arent selling it on here, so nothing illegal. MS have it for download on their website.
