i bought an xbox today and im planning on getting the X-Ecuter 2.3 PRO for it.... BUT, i only know how to do ps2 games...can someone explain to me how to do all this...i read about dashboards flahing bios and all that..but im still clueless...i know you can put the games on the hard drive but i want to put them on dvd-r's,..so can someone tell me what hardware and software i need to get and xplain to me on how to do it in not so technical words.. i read the guides on this site but i stillcant figure it out..

read the newbie tutorial at the top of forum. If you cannot understand that you shouldn't be modding your xbox because that's about as simple as it gets.
