My original Samsung DVD drive which has been working perfectly now:

- cannot read any DVD-R or CD-R containing an Xbox game (it initialises the drive, then flashes for a few seconds and then says there is no disc in the drive)
- however it can read pressed DVD's using DVDx and ISO 9660 CD-R's using XBMP.

So it can't be an alignment problem. Anyone have any ideas what the issue could be?
