i have just installed the x-cutor pro (all versions) in my xbox and now when i turn it on i get no picture, audio and the drive wont eject, however the light on the eject button flashes different colors than original. do i need to flash it or something else please help me im lost..

Can you tell us the pattern and colours?

Does it power on/off twice and then on and start flashing red/green?

Does it flash orange?

We need more info to give a proper diagnosis.

A good idea would be to check all the wires are properly linked..
