I wanted to take the original out to have that as backup. Put the 80GB in and use that as the primary drive. If it is best to put the 80GB is it as easy as putting it in and running the slayer's 2.5 to set everything up.
Hope someone can give me some good input.

yes, put a mod chip in
make a bootable disc, slayers is bootable
put the bigger hard drive in (set to CS, not master or slave)
run slayers


or the more techy peeps
make an evox boot disc
ftp everything you want over - doing evox first
