OK...modded an xbox for a friend.. same as mine..same xbox version/chip/bios/app versions..etc..etc...

only difference I know odf is his HD..which is still a 250GB drive..but is a Maxtor and does not lock
(anybody have any ideas..config and slayers dont work on it)

anyways--

Now when "backing up games" It either freezes towards the end and says something about an ACL file or something..(cant exactly remember)... either saving or backing up ACL file...then it just hangs forever...


and also..some games say Error 123 on them...I tried to seach for error code 123..but couldnt find it.

Any advice is appreciated.. =)

Could this have anything to do with the drive NO being lockable? (Maxtor 250GB HD)
