hi there has any one tried burning a xbox game without making a iso just using the files that u ftp to yur pc form the xbox thanks sicbass

Yup, I do that 90% of the time. Copy the files, and burn a data disc. But, I use my HP dvd burning software to create them.

But, using Craxtion creates a closer 1:1 copy of the game. Meaning less stress on your Xbox DVD drive.

Most of the games I backup are done without making an ISO..

I just burn the FTP'd game using Nero's DVD-ROM (UDF) setting & check the force dvd video mode "required for xbox" setting

udf is with the files, iso is made then burnt. either one works with the right media

right, it works, but udf is slower in reading on the xbox!
