On Xbox Scene's homepage, there is a link near the top of the page that says "SCENE RELEASES" and it has a bunch of game file sizes and stuff. Can anyone tell me what that stuff is or why its there

Nope, wrong!

That's the stuff you're not allowed to talk about obtaining in these forums. Like it says at the top of that page, they're just letting you know that "someone" out there released a pirated copy of a game - they're not condoning it, just reporting it.
