I tried patching Top Spin before I sent it to my HDD but it didn't need to be patched. So I ftp'd it over and tried to play it but the game is in black and white with a severe Vertical Hold problem. It has nothing to do with any settings on my TV and I can't figure out what to do about it.

Sounds weird... could be caused by IGR (try turning it off), or a bad backup.

NOTE: Actually, it sounds like your TV is in the wrong PAL/NTSC mode, but you said it doesn't have to do with that.

Sounds like you somehow got your hands on a PAL version of the game. Where did you buy your copy from?

if you have a never version of evox dash, just make sure your game region is set properly. This is a NTSC/PAL issue.
