I don't know much about error 13 but if you flashed all the banks at once and it failed, you will be buying a programmer. There is no read only bios on that chip - when you flash, you clear the memory. Next time use FlashX and flash a single bank independently - this is the whole purpose of the X2 and FlashX - so shit like this doesn't happen.

Yeah. The bios chip on the mod gets erased (and then hopefully a new bios is written). When this process fails - unless you are flashing individual banks you have no bios left or a useless corrupt bios - both of which leave you high and dry.

The TSOP will not erase during this process. It is impossible to accidentally flash the TSOP. It is totally unrelated. The grounding of D0 just tells the Xbox where to look for a bios:
Modchip on = Grounded D0 = LPC points (chip)
Modchip off = Ungrounded D0 = TSOP (xbox motherboard)
TSOP flash is an entirely different procedure than a mod install/flash.
