Well, I flashed my 2.3b lite+ with the wrong bios, and now I frag. So I did some research, and I guess I need a programmer. So is this the right programmer?

I put the flash disk in on bank 2, which I guess flashes bank 1, but when I put another flash disk in with the bios I want, it wont flash it.

the question is, did you overwrite cromwell bios?
when you created image, which size did you make? 256,512,1024?
