paid via paypal..emailed 4 times, tried calling 2 times, and no responses. Still not shipped, Still not recieved. Quite pissed that I can't get ANY response from them at all.

I ordered like 2-3 months ago i ordered a preorder for like 300$ and ended up getting my money back because it took him over a month to respond to me and then i threatened to go to paypal, and i got my money back.


So stay away from this guy

Same lack of service here

Order 154148 ordered in mid July....2 emails, a couple of phone calls and no response. I'll give them (him) til Monday then I'll have no choice but to file a fraud complaint with my credit card company and try to get my money back. Hell even a response like "I'm f'in busy, give me a few days" would suffice, but nothing. Buyer beware

for real, now I'm waiting for my CDs. He should at least let us know what's happening.

Well, I've went and filed a fraud complaint with my CC company. My CC company was also interested in known if the is was a legitimate business (registered with the state of Nevada, filing IRS returns, etc.) I told them I did not know and they claimed they would look into it. When I asked if it mattered, they said not for my claim, but that people could then file claims against the individual (as opposed to against the company). This is by far the worse online experince I have had when trying to order something. I place an order for a SmartXX v2 on August 5th, 2004. It was said to be instock. Come two weeks later my chip is "shipped" via USPS Priorty Mail. 3 weeks later, to today 9/10/04, still have not recieved chip. Have sent them numerous emails, and have yet to hear anything back. I guess I just pissed away $60, since they wont even contact me since I have asked for a refund since they are such a poor store to buy from.

I would advise looking else where before purchasing from this store.

Recieved chip, Over a month now and still haven not received my CD and USB adapter.

I will not do business with them again.



No communication

These guys are MORONS! They never reply my email and they say they send me a replacement. Replace MY ASS> they haven't even sent the package back out. What the fCuk! And at first tehy sent me one last time. It was all good. Then it was damaged. Sent it back. Never came a new one.

THIS COMPANY SUCKS! STAY AWAY!

My order for 2 LCD's I placed a month ago was never shipped and no response from my many email's. I lost 75$ Do not order from them.

I orderd from them since i say they where in the official distributors list for SmartXX
but i have now found all these terrible story's and i am not in the mood to lose 60 USD.

I ordered an LCD on June 14th, and still do not have any reply after emails, attempted phone calls, and even a support ticket.

These guys suck with timeliness of delivery and customer service. I will initiate through Paypal to recieve my money back.
