forgot to take tetris out of xbox after i first modded it, now it flashes green 3 times then it flashes green and red. maybe i messed up the chip because tetris was read or something. i tried the search method, but i couldn't find anything except that it meant a bad chip. can someone aid me with this?

If memory serves me right, the chip is out of place or has slipped from it position. Try re-aligning it.

check your LPC points.
