Check this out, I know they don't detect as of right now what size your hard drive is.
Best thing to do is to install the new harddrive locked of course, then put live on it, with the ybox bios, evox 2.5 or higher with a disable chip to go online, with original bios of course. Ensure you don't put live on original hard drive, just the new one!!!!
I have been online since 15th, not banned yet, and I will probably never get banned, cause if M$ were going to start looking at people's drives they would have done it already.
They only want to stop the modders being online, meaning backups online and cheaters!!!!
Who cares if you have 120GB drive in as long as you have to be online with orginals with chip disabled. For those who have found a way to play a backup and stay online without getting banned, good for ya, but I will not take that risk.
