Ok, I installed my 2.3b lite+, and flashed the 4781 bios. Now what do I do, can I use slayers to install everything now? Also, when i start up with the flashed bios, it acts exactly like the cromwell bios (blank screen, disk tray opens, and yes this is on bank 1). Is that normal?

no, that's not normal. It appears you didn't flash it successfully.

I followed that the first time, but I guess it was just a bad burn or something cus I did it again, and it flashed. So now I get the Xbox thing with the xecutor2 under it. So now should I install slayers? I know I need to ftp and backup, so can I do that from the slayers install, or should I make a disk of just evox and backup, then use slayers? The slayers instructions arent clear to me whether you can ftp in before overwriting everything.

Yes, Slayers boots to EvoX so the FTP server is running as soon as you load it.
The Slayers instructions are very clear on how to link your PC via FTP using the default Slayers network configuration.
