I am able to get custom icons to show up by placing them in the directory with the .xbe file and naming them "avalaunch_icon.png.

Is there a way to get a custom icon to show up on a menu item like "game"?

That would be crazy sweet if it could be done. I've always thought it was a bit out of place to have the "XBMC" spinning icon on the main menu but nothing for "Games" or "Applications". I'll watch this thread anxiously to see if it can be done, though I'm doubting it can unless you drop the pic in the root of the games folder or something?

Would make the dash look that much more stylish!!

We should forward this to the next version wishlist! That and a "play last" feature.

Not possible to add icons to a menu list. I too am looking forward to some more customization options but for now I just took XBMC off my main page so there are no icons there and everything looks the same.

Ah, that's too bad. It would be super sweet to have icons on that main list. Well, I'll look for it in the future. Thanks for the insight, Pudd.
