Well, when I installed my chip over a year ago it came withthe xecuter bios already on it so I didnt have to worry about flashing a chip that only had cromwell.

Now I am going to do an install for a friend and I am somewhat confused ont he flashing process. I know I just have to make a bios disc which can do (I cna make the bios.bin file and teh dummy file) However all of the tutorials I have read use nero to make the disc but I use stomp RNM to do all of my burning. How do I burn the dic with RNM because it doesnt have the wizard interface that nero does.

I am going to be installing an x2.3 lite incase you needed to know that for some reason
and please dont flame me. The search button isnt workig so I couldnt search it.

Just make sure (1) the CD is finalized (2) do not use Joliet and (3) burning at as low a speed as your Cd-writer can go, typically 4x.

the joliet is what I was hving trouble with. how do I turn it off in RNM?

EDIT
never mind, I think I figureed it out. I was trying to burn it like an ISO image but once I went into data disc i found all the necissary options to fix it.

thanks guys for your help
I wish the search button would work!
