i am a total newbie to modchips but i had a few questions n didnt find nething in the tutorials.
-besides the switch do u have to do any hardware modding for a mod-chip
-what is "flashing" the mod-chip
-how do i do it so i can still use xbox live
-dashboards what kind and where
-can i load games onto the stock hdd and if so how many
-what kind of mod chips can i get that i dont have to solder cause i dont kno how n dont wanna f*** it up

you can find answer to all of your questions by just read/search.
Flashing= delete memory, replace new
dash=many types, on the internet( irc)
games= yes,enough if you hav 2000gb harddrive
chips= soldering and no soldering chips(X2.3b+ is a safe start for a noob)

1.Nope
2.Flashing means updating the BIOS thats on the chip
3.Turn off the chip via a switch
4.EvoX/Avalaunch/MXM/MediaX...read forums/tutorials
5.Yes, depends on the size of the game.
