Check that forum, but if you're in Canada, modchip.ca is really good IMO.

gameshopusa.com rocks... i ordered from them on a sunday afternoon and received quick emails about shipping and stuff and got it on wednesday of that same week.. great prices on shipping chips there too... im never gonna buy anywhere else unless gameshopusa.com doesnt have what i want to buy!
