Is it possible to flash a bios or a eeprom on a real Development Kit. Because I can get one that has a bad eeprom on it, and it wont boot up.
Or will this not work because of a diferent RC4 key?
Thanks
Any input appreciated

the eeprom RC4 is different, but thats ok, cause its kept in the kernel export XboxEEPROMKey
BUT, the RC4 for the 2BL is different on debug box than on retail..
you should however be able to boot with a dual boot based BIOS ? since the dual boot basically bypasses the whole 2BL decryption sequence on the MCPX by using the XCODES to jump to a spot in memory where it will get a way to start execute and run the dual boot 2BL
BUT... if it is a TRUE debug kit, it will boot regardless of the EEPROM contents..
just make sure you're HDD is unlocked and the eeprom can then be all f'ed up as far as the debug kit cares...
even if the eeprom is screwed you can still boot with the Recovery CD and get your debug kit back to normal..

nope you still can't boot with a multi bios. Don't ask me why just know that I have tried and failed.
