Hi! I want to get an xbox and I am wondering is there anyone out there who knows a place where they can install an X-ecuter 2 chip and replace the harddrive with a 160gb for a fee? If that cannot be done, is it possible to put in a Matrix chip and a 160gb harddrive by myself? If so, how can I do that? Thanks for any advise.

With the Matrix chip it should not be too bad. I have heard mixed feelings on the "easy install" claim. I have always used solder based mods.

It would help if you indicated approximtely where u live.

oh and the XBox has a limitation of 137Gb so dont bother with 160. i think its an ide controller limitation and so a future bios wont be able to break that limit of 137...is that correct people?
