Not again... It really depends on preference, as with anything look at the poll on the MAIN PAGE, or just go to the comparison chart to see what specs you want/need, but ultimately it's just a matter of choice, YOURS.

Hehe.. I've searched but I dont really understand lots of the jargon mentioned.. I would like a chip that I could flash the bios easily (for a noob) with space for backup if there's a bad flash, and basic stuff with the chip to run gamez off the HDD..

By the way, I could get the xenium for a lower cost than the Xecuter but the service and support from the modders differ.. (Yes im leavin the modding to others) So I would really like to know which chip is more "user friendly". Thanks

Main one that affects you:

Pros of Xenium:
- You can't mess up a flash since you always have access to the XOS to reflash.

Cons of Xecuter:
If you mess up the flash, you'll need an external programmer or the hot-swap trick.

If you can get the Xenium at a lower cost than the Xecuter, then its a no brainer.
