hey,
it has been some months since I update xbmp, evox, avalaunch and stuff on my xbox. I always wanted to use avalaunch. but there was this annoying bug wich caused some file transfers not to work. It was because you could you use long filenames. Can you still you use long filenames? Are there problems with it ? and the file transfers?
might sound like a stupid question, but like I said: has been a while...
thx

There always will be a problem. The xbox filesystem FATX has a limitation to 42 characters for filenames. This is not a avalaunch, evox or any other dash problem.
Avalaunch DOES lock up due to to many long filenames which IS a bug that should be fixed. But still, If you make sure they are all under 42 chars you wont have problems.

42 characters Including spaces. Dont forget to count the spaces between words in the names of the files you plan on transfering.
