I cannot see all of the screen and I always Have to resize with the emulators or change my screen size on the tv to wide view to see the full top and bottom not even the fulll sides I dont think.

Does anyone know how I can go about solving this problem.

The Evox Skinner will do it for you. The screen size was done most likley for a larger tv.

Check my Skin for Evox and You'll see I made it so it would fit on TV or BigScreen.
