All of a sudden FlashFXP stopped transfering at full speed. It slowed all the way down to 2Kbps. That is only when reading from the xbox to the PC though. Its still full speed when transfering from PC to xbox.

LeapFTP works fine eather way but I have used FLashFXP for more than a year and hope to keep it. So if any of you know what the problem is (configuration) please let me know.

hrmm thats odd. It might be that perhaps your dashboard doesnt like flashfxp? Did you recently change BIOSes or dashboards or cabling or connections or anything? Check your settings, make sure passive or PASV mode is turned off, etc.
