If you get banned and you already prepaid for a year or what ever options they have....do you get a refund or do they just take your money ?

They take your money. Your fault you got banned, not theirs.

However, they just ban your box, not your Xbox live account. You just need a new eeprom or Xbox.

After which you have to do account recovery, and enter the neccessary info for them to verify this is your account
