A friend of mine is an engineer at Texas Instuments and recently informed me that they have completed work on a prototype hard drive that is expected to be used in the next model of the Xbox. Evidently, the harddrive will be able to hold between 8-10 GB and is around 1.5"X1.5"!!!!....sounds badass to me.
