help please

you know on the new evo x dashboard.. there is a launch dvd option at the startup dash... well i have linked to my dvd player.. xboxdash.xbe and autolaunch dvd is on... when i put in a (bought) dvd movie. it reads it, and in the bottom right corner says NO DISK.. so i eject and load again.. same thing... i click on the launch dvd button and nothing happens... is this a bug... can someone please help
