Does anyone know why I keep getting "cannot send to channel" on irc?
I have read all of the tuitorials, and dont know what I am doing wrong

the channel is +m which means moderated, only people with @ and + in front of their name can talk. follow the instructions in the topic and on the help page to get the ftp information.
there is an xbins help channel you can join to chat and ask questions....

Yeah, follow the directions on the top of the channel. Follow the link, read the page and then u can send to the channel.

The Only Message That You Need To Use Is: /msg xbins !list

actually the change it to " /msg xbins_ !list"
yesterday i went there and they said u have to include the _ after xbins.
