why does the bios come up unknown mb5 something HELP ??

It's MD5. EvoX identifies the BIOS based on it's MD5 hash. It checks the evox.ini for a matching hash. If you don't add the hash to the evox.ini, it will not recognize it.
Please do not make another thread asking for the hash. All the BIOS hashes are kept updated in a thread in the Xbox BIOS forum.

well on the wecuter website homepage it has the corrected md5 check sum if i look in my ini it is listed under bios as current does that mean it should recognise it ??

Not necessarily. The current is the hash of the BIOS that's already on there.

Basically just add a line like this to your evox.ini
ROM = "My Bios",0xe3ce66b99957b02fdac50af851c3e1ff
you can use the hash from current and just name the my bios like 4981 or whatever you want to call it. you can also load a bios into xbtool and then get the hash out of it from there.
