Is there a tutorial how to make skins? Like I know how to get the pics, but I wanna re-write the 'ini' file so its all coloured co-ordinated. Any ideas where I can have a tutorial about the ini file?

make your images 640x480 using photoshop or something. download Evox Skinner and there you can see previews as you choose colors and get settings the way you want. then save and it makes the ini for ya.
