Xenium ModChip w/ Chameleon Solderless adapter. I hooked up everything just fine so that's not my problem.
I can boot up just fine and see the menu screen, but I can't flash a BIOS on it for some reason. I have looked and no where does it show what bank mode to choose when flashing. I don't know if I should choose 1x1MB, 2x512k, 2x256k+1x512k, 4x256k. I tried choosing different banks, but nothing works. On the CD that I burned, I put only one file on it. That one file is the BIOS.BIN (Xecuter2.4981 w/512k in size). That's the only thing on the CD. I put the CD in and then I select the option that reads: Flash BIOS from: D:/BIOS.BIN. I choose that and after about 45 seconds it says can not load file from CD.
I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I tried looking for a list that shows compatible CD's with Xbox, but couldn't find one. I tried using a Memorex CD-R. I have a Thomson drive. What is my problem? Is my CD not compatible with my drive? Do I need to fill up the CD with other junk to balance it out? Did I choose the wrong bank?
Thanks for the help in advance....
