I have a modded xbox with the tsop flashed.


I want to do a eeprom swap to get another unmodded xbox with a damaged hdd running.


I am going to do the swap...flash the tsop...then take the eeprom back out to put back into the xbox it came out of.

I damaged the eeprom from the unmodded xbox(I did not have the Hdd for it anyway).


Question is...Will the now modded xbox with the tsop flashed, boot with a blank eeprom in it?

Depends on the BIOS. Debug BIOSes will boot with a hosed EEPROM, and it also seems as though the new EvoX M7 BIOS patched to include EEPROM data may also be a good recovery tool. Check the front page concerning Xbtool for more info.
