First I wanna start off by saying, I have tryed this in 3 xbox's. 2 with thompson drives, with brand new outa the box xbox with sammy 605 drive. Im using the XBIT Chip. It is installed correctly. I am using the Xecuter2 4871? Bios I belive it is. When the xbox boots, it goes through its normal routine, saying Xecuter2 at the bottom ect ect. But When I burn evox, I can not get it to load. I have Tryed Ritek04 DVDr, Memorex CDRW, Memorex Cool CDr, CompUSA CDRW, TDK CDRW, Fujifilm CDR, and theres 1 more that I can not think off offhand. I have burnt about 30 coasters so far, and its getting old. I have tryed several versions of evox that I have found, slayers install and non slayers install, and including the one from xbin irc channel from 2 different people. One was "B!tch" and I forget the others name. I am burning with Nero, doing a straight ISO burn. I mixed and matched a few burning with dummy files, without dummy files, converting/making the iso with xISO, and also tryed another that began with an S to make the ISO. And I am having NO LUCK what so ever. What EXACTLY do you all do to get this to work correctly from scratch? I have about given up. What program do you all burn with and with what exact settings do you use? Someone please help me if you possibly can. Thanks Alot! Im using Nero 6.x Btw

Seems like I tried a million different things, but I finally got something to work. I have a xenium w/ m7, but I think this might work for you too. Go to Team Executor's website, download Quix ISO Management from their download page and use it to burn the .iso file. They have a guide for using and for using Nero(necessary). If you don't have Nero, you can download a trial (approx. 20 mg's).

I couldn't believe it when it actually booted up!

make sure you change the .xbe file that comes with Evox to defualt.xbe
