I have no order # from these guys.
I ordered 3 X-bits and I did receive them in average time. I notified support that I would be installing these 2 weeks after I receive them and if I had any problems I would contact them. Well, I have a problem and I have not had a response from them in quite some time. I can't flash the Xbit on my PC (running XP) or on three others, one of which being a Dell. I do not know if I have a faulty chip or if all of the PC's are a problem. Either way, 3 of these chips do me no good if I can not even flash them. I wish I could have resolved this another way than in here, but I have no choice. This probably will not get resolved and I am left with 2 sealed x-bits and one opened which will not flash properly with the program provided by DMS. DMS says to return to vendor to have it flashed or refund, but the vendor does not respond.
If you are in the market for chips, modchipman is the way to go. Stands behind the product and gets back to you if you do have a problem. Very Dis-satisfied at the moment. What good is a chip if I can't even flash the darn thing!

I have spent about $800 on various chips from foundmy on 3 seperate orders and he has come through every time.
Be sure you email him before you pay to be sure he has the product in stock and he can tell you how much to pay that includes shipping. After payment is recieved, he sends the tracking # via email within a day. I live in the US and I get my orders from him within 5-6 days everytime.

From time to time he is away on other business, but never once has he turned down supporting someone that got a faulty chip. I pay close attention to this and wouldent support anyone that got burnt by the same person I buy my chips from.
I know he frequents the Vendor section of PS2Newz.net frequently to check the posts left under his own in the vendor section. I suggest you try there if your emails arent being replied to. You cant assume all emails are sent and recieved everytime.

I have no experience with this shop but this is a known issue with the X-bit chip. You should really check the X-bit forums for more info on how to resolve this. However, they should at least have courtesy to tell you the same.

Lets try round 2 to leave a response post.... It took a few e-mails and post at various forums before I got a response from them 2 weeks after I returned my Xbits, but they were replaced with smartxx with no problems and arrived to me three days after I did get that response. Guy is remote alot and that must be the problem. If I were to get a guarantee from him that he would ship promptly, I would do business with again. I am a lil salty still for the amounts of time that pass between e-mails, but this guy is legit and does not go to rip you off. I wish all of you the best of luck.

I orfered a HDLoader from foundmy on Fri Jul 09. After that i never recieved any confermation or tracking number. So the next day i eamiled them and got a quick reply that sayed they ran out of shipping supplies but my order was now shipped. I got the order on Thurs Jul 15, so 6 days shipping, not that bad. Overall it was great doing buisness with this place and i will definitly do it again in the future.

Very upset i ordered 4 matrix infinity and 2 duo 3 modchips and they refunded my order saying they don't ship to BC anymore for people that order more than 1 modchip

then left me hanging to go look elsewhere. I don't whats up ordered from them before fine.

jilster: regarding ordernumber is 1593 how did i leave you hanging? i refunded your money instantly, i mean other places that could ship it out to you instantly, sure their pricing is alot more than mine. And in the past i haven't been able to get the product out to you as soon as you wanted it. So i figure that you rather have the product quicker from those places that have much higher prices than me, but at the same time, you are an installer so you make that up without any problems. I can't meet your needs, not at my pricing i sell stuff at.

I ordered a qoob pro and full disk case replacement for my gamecube from this business and I can definitely recommend them because of my experience. I receive the order approximately a week after I placed the online order and they have responded to all my questions in a timely manner. Basically, when I was routing my qoob cable the wires pulled out from the back of the connector. Foundmy responded with the color layout AND wire destination since there are five blue wires in the set. Again, I will come back to them for more. Thanks foundmy!

Well here we go. I placed an order on Nov 25th. the order was for 1-XenoGC and 1-ps2 Crystal chip 2.0 pro and 1- Xecuter 2.6ce and 1- SDTV video cable. after 2 weeks the order still said it was processing. I called Terry @foundmy and he said he would take care of it. a few days later I got a usps tracking #. However its now been 6 weeks and the usps tracking # still does not work. it only says they were electronically notified by the shipper to expect your package for mailing. it still has not shipped. I have called Terry at least 1 time a week to check on the status and have been promised several times that he or someone would look into it and call me back or update the web site(witch as of today still has not happened) they will not return my emails and every time I call and talk to Terry he apologies but cant seem to give me any real update, like this is back
ordered or that is not longer carried etc.. I have requested a refund from them as of yesterday and if I do not hear back from them in 24hrs (witch by there track record with me I expect I wont) ill be calling my CC company sometime today to do a charge back.
these guys are usually on top of there game, so I dont know whats going on here now. I dont want any hard feelings with them, but no one seems to know whats up with my order and I think waiting 2 months total is long enough. just my latest exp with them, take it anyways ya want

update, well i waited a week after asking for a refund. i submitted it both on the website and via email to sales@foundmy.com i never got a single email or call about itin a weeks time. so yesterday i called my Credit card company and started the charge back process. its not lookin good for the home team there.

shame to see what was such a good company start to slip like this

if they would have only had better communication with me i wouldnt be so upset about it, but after countless calls and emails no one can or will tell me anything.

Sent an email to sales@foundmy.com and recieved response that he was out of the X3's and that they would be in by this week. I have sent several email asking about an update and have not recieved an information in return.
I have opened a PP despute so the communication can be a little more percise.
I am not however saying anything bad about this company, as i have done great business with them in the past several times, and have even recomended friends to the site.
My only concern is weather or not he is dodging me until the products arrive so he can ship them rather than offer a refund.

another update,
i finally got my order. took over 2 months after i got my tracking number though. like i said earlier if they would have only had better communication with me i wouldnt have been so upset about it. i would still say they are good guys. just need to work on keepin there customers informed.

Yea FOUNDMY ripped me off too and Im told i'm shit outta luck, thank god I paid wth credit card i'll be canceling the amount they screwed me on.
ordered 5 DS-X's, 4 XenoGC's, 2 Qoobpro, 1 UD-PSP basiclly $1000 worth of stuff, shipping was pretty quick
took maybe a week after order was placed. But i didnt get everything i paid for

Called and Emailed right after contents of package were opened and verified to give notice of missing items.
basiclly they stiffed me on a DS-X cart and sent me DuoQ's in place of XenoGC's and the email i get back, was "Hey DuoQ's are same as XenoGC's and the shipper said they doubled up the 5th cart in on of the other boxes"
now idk about you guys, but that just pissed me the hell off IF I WANTED DUOQ'S I WOULD OF ORDERED THEM, AND WHY THE HELL AM I BEING SHIPPED A 5th DS-X not in box, lucky they emailed me this message so i will fax this to my credit card company and it clearly states how their shipper sent a open DS-X repacked which was never there
after complaining about it again i basiclly got the response if i got all the extras then the 5th cart was in there (BULLSHIT)
So my advice DONT DO BIZ with FOUNDMY or their shipper VGC REPAIRS outta CA(USA) kinda funny how my items are missing and these guys are talking about fraud ?? but doing some research turns out mister VGC is late on his TAX payments for his house (reason to steal and resell items???), if anyone needs his info (home address and number let me know) can call and say hello to his wife kathy

This was refunded to me in the full amount. I did have to start a paypal claim but after a couple days with no communication was greated by an email saying my money was refunded in full.
I know the guy travles, but maybe to keep business running smoothly i would suggest having someone take the lead while traveling abroad.
I have done business with them before and have never had an issue before, maybe things will work out later in the year for this company. For now i dont suggest doing business with them until these issues are taken care of.

Here its April 10th and yet no package from Foundmy.com. Ive order a XenoPS from them before with PayPal and not probs at all and it came in about a week or so. Ordered a chip on 03/01/07 - they quickly shipped me the WRONG product - I emailed them and they sent me an RMA authorization and I shipped the product back. It arrived in 2 days according to the tracking number - I WAITED AND WAITED - nothing. Contacted them multiple times - I finally recieved a reply after filing a paypal claim that they were sending me a replacement chip - this was on 4/16 - still have yet to recieve the chip after multiple emails - today is 5/14 - OVER TWO MONTHS AFTER ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED AND STILL NOTHING - these guys suck and are nothing but worthless scammers

well, i placed an order with foundmy.com over a week and a half ago. have not heard a single word from them. status on site is still creditcard order. and none of my emails have been answered. even sent an email to that Ed guy as mentioned earlier in this post, with no reply. this is all pretty frustrating as i am leaving for iraq in 2 weeks. i figured ordering a month in advance would give me enough time.... apparently not.

I've been trying to get my PSP unbricked since July 17th when I first contacted them... sent out the PSP on the 27th and even paid on the same day. Apparently it was fixed by August 1st and they demanded a payment. I replied that I had already paid. Then not much response... and it seems they were raided and their website shut down.

i originally placed my order in the middle of july, it is now the middle of august, and i have not received a single email or update about my order, or even the items i purchased. the CC i used was charged almost immediately after purchase.
all items were displayed as in stock at the time of purchase, and they still are displayed as in stock. I have sent numerous emails with no reply back. i did manage to get ahold of TERRY WASKOWICH (site owner i suppose) on the phone one time. and he sounded very shady, and kept changing the subject back to his email servers being messed up whenever i asked about my order. he told me that he would send me an email with my order status, and that he could not check it right then. (seems pretty fishy to me) 3 days later, still no email, and phone goes to voicemail every time. and will not return my calls.
i placed this order over a month before i was going to be deployed to iraq, thinking it shouldnt take over a month to receive in stock items. now i am leaving for iraq this week. so if my items do show up, they will sit at my house for over 7 months totally unused. i do not have time to go thru the proccess of a CC charge back, and cannot get ahold of anyone from that site to refund my money. and i now have 2 upset customers due to the fact that i could not install chips that never arrived into their xboxes before i leave.
this company has zero communications and no customer service. i hope they feel pretty good about defrauding a US Service Member. makes me feel proud to put my neck on the line so that people like this have the freedom to do what they do.

Ordered August 31, Crystal Chip 2.0 special edition. September 1st the owner shut down his website and cancelled his registration with all domain name servers. Foundmy.com now no longer exists, nor does my 54 dollars. He kept his site open long enough to send me an email telling me he's successfully taken my money. From what I read online, this has happened to everyone who's ordered in the last week to 1 month. How do I bring Visa down on this criminal in the most severe way and will it affect my credit rating.

Unbelievable. I ordered a wiikey and Wii component cables from this guy 7 days ago. He called me 4 days after my order and left me a voicemail confirming that it was me that placed the order and not fraud. He told me to respond via email, I did, and STILL no response. I email this guy literally multiple times per day, with high priority emails, and NO response.
Dude, if you're reading this, and if you're too busy to be running a website like this, then SHUT IT DOWN.
I contacted your webhost and told them about you. They wouldn't give me your contact info so I emailed them what they need and their legal department is looking into it. I would send this to you in an email, but God knows you don't respond to those. I'm not one of those guys who is OK with receiving their shit MONTHS after ordering it and losing my hard-earned money.

Ordered 10 chips and everyone of them arrived dead. Factory packaging was even resealed like they intentionally removed the good chip then sealed the package back up with all bad chip. Lots of bad reviews are on their website recently so please do not order from these guys. I will be filing a chargeback.

Made an order for an xenoGC modchip on the 14th, and received today, the 16th!
Very satisfied! I thought it would take at least a week or two, and instead I got it in only a couple days! Got everything that I ordered. Fast ship was most likely due to the fact that it was sent and received in CA, and I live fairly close to the ship location.
I was pretty surprised, considering all the reviews I had seen. I wouldn't have ordered from there, but it was fairly cheap, and had exactly what I wanted (most places don't have gamecube chips anymore, or at least the cheap ones)
btw I paid with paypal. I didn't receive any tracking numbers or any other email except for the one that was automatically sent when I ordered.

I have yet to get any updates on when I should get the package and the contact us page is no longer working and they don't respond to any replies to the order email. this is my first time ordering anything from these guys and I think it will be my last. Others have ordered from these guys and are in the process of getting a charge back. I'd like to see what comes of a post here to a major checked site.

I don't recommend this place.. the contact page is blank... the last update on his website is from november 27. I sent him 3 email ithout an answer. I opened a paypal dispute and nothing again. I hope paypal will review his paypal account and close it because he doesn't know how to take care of clients.
I live in the same country as him, so I should have receive my item in 1 week at least. event with the slower shipping service.
If you look at all the comment on his website... almost all of them are really BAD!

Item arrived today. I see others had problems, but I used paypal with credit card, in case something bad happened, I would just do a chargeback.
