I just got the unit back on Friday. I had Modchipman install a new Xenium.
When I turned on the power I was able to get to the OS on Friday. I tried upgrading to 1.1 by going into safe mode. It didn't work. The screen said Halt. I turned the power off because I didn't have time to figure out the problem.
I tried to boot up the machine today and now it will not load at all. The lights flash green orange red. Then repeat green/red.
There is nothing visible on the screen and it looks like it tries to reset itself a couple of time. There are no physical switches with the chip install.
What do I do now?

1) try pressing the eject button while the machine is off
2)flip the switch on the chip so the white on the PCB behind it is showing (machine off of course) and when it reboots it will be in safe mode and you can try to reinstall the new OS
If your drive is having trouble reading the disc I've read if you stick it on a DVD it will all work fine
Otherwise stick a cleaner through the drive

There is no physical switch on the outside of the box, are you suggestion that I open it up?

By eject he means that big ass button above the power button. So hit that and your xenium OS should come up then just hold white button if that doesn't work send your box back to modchipman

yes the switch (recovery) on the chip that oblox was talkin about in step two is on the xenium, inside the xbox. you have to open it up to get there.

Thanks guys. I was able to get back to the OS using the controller buttons.
