i can transfer movies from pc to xbox but when i transfer music files it transfers but it won't show up when i look for it in the xbox.
i try looking in music HDD and so forth but nothing?
do i have to make a folder called music and put the files in there?
like i said i can transfer movie files and clips fine execpt for songs?

You have to use XBsoundtrack editor if you want your songs to show up in xbox dash etc:

how do i use or get XBsoundtrack?
is that easy to install and if so wut drive do i put it in?
i have excuter2
i don't wut really wut version i had some else install it for me :s
i have menus as follow:
MS dashboard
reboot
poweroff
system utils
launch menu
and for apps i have :
boxplorer
dvd2xbox
game manager
xboxdvd manager
xbox media player
if that helps :s
other show me how to look up wut version or chip i have thanks

You need to convert all music to .wma format and upload with XBsoundtrack editor (used on PC).

Its a tiny program. just duble click on icon, set the IP address of your xbox and login etc then connect. then you are laughing. And yes it only accepts wma format
