I have downloaded a few cds of mp3s to my hard drive. When I go to My Music it puts them in alphabetical order, so I decided to make a playlist of the different cds with the tunes in the correct order but it saves them as 'Playlist0.m3u'.

Is there any way of renaming this to the title of the cd?

I have tried just renaming the file via my FTP program but it refuses to play the tracks after I do.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Just in case anyone is interested I have worked out a way. I doubt its the only one but its the only one I know.

If you transfer the .m3u file to your PC the double click it to open it up in Windows Media player (i used version 9, I dont think version 8 or lower can do whats next). It will say it cant find the files, just click OK. Then goto Save Playlist As... in the File menu and save it as a .m3u file with your desired name, then transfer the created file back to the xbox into the Playlists folder.

Worked fine for me, and I hope it interests someone out there.
