ok well i just got me a radeon 7500 pci 64mb graffics card...and it seems that everytime i load windows with my monitor connected to it, it stop at the windows xp loading screen...it freezes actually but the pc keeps going...and when i switch back to onboard graffics...that seems to work...what should i do...i have a dell L667r btw

try disabling the onboard video in the bios

yeah he hit the nail on the head. If you have the onboard video enabled still it will default to that video for output.
