Alright i did the controler port led mod the easy way just by taking off the metal sheilding and doing it like a controller dongle mod put it all back in and it worked. all four. but now the 3 and 4 player ports dont' work the leds still are on but all my games don't see the controllers plugged in. any idea y this happened?

ok n/m only the 4 player controller port doesn't work but the 3 player does

Switch the two left controller ports with the two right controller ports and see what happens.
