Yeah, games are be a bitch sometimes. The hard boss or the tough team to beat, but keep on trying! Coping with games can be hard, but don't get mad at them, get mad at yourself!

That's stupid atari, it's an xbox. not a PC with ms-dos
and calling people fuckwits when your own answer is even more stupid is even dumber

D: is always the DVD drive on your X-box

and when you are copying games to the C-drive ....
you could just as easy throw your xbox away and go dance naked around a campfire.
It has the same effect ... nothing

Better use F: and when you know what your doing maybe E:

but use F: if you want your xbox to have a happy life

laugh.gif roocity i see what u mean, lol x:... silly

anyway running games from the e: doesn't do anything, well not to me, on one of my xbox's i run games and all apps off of the e: on the retail hd, no problems yet and i've been doing it for atleast 4 months now. wink.gif

Yeah never used the E: myself but i've read some posts from opjose some time ago where he warned people not to use E: that much for running games and apps.

Of course E: has enough room for some extra applications/games but when you seriously want to run games/apps from your xbox i guess a little investment in a larger disc isn't that bad so you can use the F: drive.

cykiller
most definitely, an upgrade is always the key, i mainly use this hd for testing new chips and software before adding to my other box with 120gig. and yes the games are ran off of the f: on there, the e: is mainly used for saves and swap space, if it gets full then u have a prob, always try to keep around (i know it's small but xbox doesn't require a lot) 75-100megs maybe even smaller.

Your the stupid one numbnuts.. I was being sarcastic because of the stupid question he asked.

Look at all of the information in his post and you make a relevant reply to it. I mean what kind of dick posts with

"need help with coping games to my hd... "

I mean that is pretty fucking stupid if you ask me. What's the question? What's the problem? Where are the details?

It was a joke dude - lighten up wanker.

Look "ATARI"

When you are a frustrated woman trapped in a man's body don't blow your steam off at some newbie.
If you've got nothing to say ... then don't ... tongue.gif

people like you are the ones that are fuckin' up this whole xbox-scene and particular this forum
When a newbie asks a 110 times told question just answer it with : check tutorials, use search etc or give him ( or her ) a small push in the right direction. Telling him false information won't help at all because guess what ? He will come back and start making another topic with the same question. So you are not helping out here at all.

sorry to mention it to you but in this topic what you started today ( the 18th december ) in the hardware forums: Cyclone Chip - Initial Reactions., anyone willing to get their feet wet?

you write, and I quote :

Im pretty much a newbie,

So why start bashing another newbie who maybe hasn't got a technical background like you probably have so even things that are easy for us might be difficult for them.

Give info, don't bash

gotta love this forum, and that was a classic roocity, lol. pretty much the best way for it to be explained wink.gif i just didn't wanna waste my finger power on such stupidity.

thanks for using Caps for my name.

errrm.. yes I am a relative newbie.. That is all confirmed.. the difference between me and other noobs like this one is that I have half the fucking brain to go and do some research without being told exacltly where to go, and how to go about it. The fact is that xbox modding information is soo readily and easily available, for someone to make a post like that without providing any details, he deserves some sarcasm in the replies he receives.

It was a fucking joke cockhead - Like I stated before, let it go.

Mate, if this guy was seriously thinking that someone could reply and tell him how to fix his "detailed problem", then I think he is gonna have more difficulties in life then trying to copy xbox games...next post will be "need help - cant wipe my own ass".

Yeah strange that it wasn't post here before ...

Look i don't want any personal war with you on this forum so let's give it a rest.
But when your around here for a while you will understand that their will always be posts like this and the best thing is to just point them in the right directions.

Otherwise they just post it again or start bumping...
