My XBOX all of a suddon quit working, the green light stays on, no video or sound, When I hit Eject the green light just blinks then and doesn't eject, I hear the DVD trying to eject but it doesn't. Now once in a while with the case off and the dvd and HD laying out of the case the Xbox boots fine!! I dont understand what the problem is please help!

I'd recheck all your solder points. Sounds like something is giving way when the case is on. You may have a cold solder joint that is now giving you problems.
