I've been playing my brother's modded XBOX (with a Seagate HDD) on Live and he hasn't been banned. We recently modded his Xbox and now I'm doing mine. I bought the modchip. Should I wait and see before I get an HDD (it would be a Western Digital)? I'm kind of afraid to get banned from Live because of my HDD.

Yeah, that wouldn't be a bad idea to wait and see what happens. The new LIVE update is gonna happen in April. I would wait to see if they check HDD or not, it wouldn't hurt to be patient. Let someone else get banned. LOL
