I installed the x2lite+ chip and everything looked to be working. I got the cromwell screen, even though the video came through all distorted (kind of like when you get a bad tv signal). Someone in #slayer told me not to worry about that and go ahead and flash the bios. I fired up the xbox, put the disk with x2 4981.67 on it and I didn't get any video, but the xbox read the disk and shut down.

Now, no matter how I set any of the switches I just hear the regular xbox sounds. It even loaded a game, just no video. Any idea what is wrong?

I unplugged and repluged all the cables a couple times with no difference

any other ideas?
