They will. You need to add the codecs tho.
Go into xbmc/mplayer/codecs and read the txt file.

Sweet! Does that include streamed Real video content as well (I'm at the office right now and the Xbox is at home so I canät try it myself at the moment)?

Quick question. I've never been able to play realmedia files either, so I was excited to see this post.
I went to the website(s) listed in the readme file, and downloaded the complete binary kit.....and put it in the codecs directory (after extracting everything), but I still can't play .rmm files (encoded with realmedia 9).
The .rmm files just do not display in the file listings.
Help!

You need to add the file extension in the xml for it to display. At school atm, otherwise I would have posted that part of the xml for you to see, but I think you can figure it out.

I have an *.avi file. With XBMC I dont have sound, with XBMP I have sound!!
Can I somehow copy codecs from XBMP to XBMC??
All others *.avi work great on XBMC.
