Hell, I would like to know how to get 1mb. I can only transfer at around 350kbs/s.
I also go through a router with a 800.11 pcmcia card. Anyway to speed things up would be great for me too.

Try using a crossover cable. That is what I use and I get normal speeds from 5 mbs to 10mbs or so.

Even when I connect the Xbox directly to my PC with a crossover, it still is around the same speed.

It more than likely is my card. I made a mistake. It is a 10/100 Ethernet card. I was thinking of my wireless card.
I have a pci card in my PC, been using my laptop, and when I get it put back together, I will try it.

Switch to larger PC and I transfered 2003 files totaling 826.02 MB in 15:17 (406.08 KBps).
