Is your modchip set to flash enable? Did you put the m7 hash in the evox.ini?

Disable flash protection. Read the underside of your switch.

first switch says enable/disable, second says protect/unprotect, and third says bank1/bank2

First of all you have to "un-protect" your chip. It should be the middle switch if i'm not mistaken. Don't use evoX to flash your chip. Some people have reported bad flashes. The safer method of flashing your chip is using a tool native to the XBOX called FlashX. FlashX can be found in the usual places;)
Here's a tutorial on flashing your Xecuter2 with FlashX.
