Maybe it hasn't occured to you.. but an app that autodownloads skins and attempts to bypass the limits of AXS will eventually ruin the site.. and get it shut down or moved.
XBOX SCENE hosts AXS.. and if your program connects and allows for persistant downloads and cripples the services.. you and your program won't be welcome here.. or mentioned.
