My hard drive is locked. Apparently it came locked but it wouldnt play store bought games so I unlocked it and locked it again with configmagic and it still wont play store bought games.

Also I want to be able to connect to xbox live and I get the error 13

Any help here is great

What kind of DVD drive do u have?

dont think its a hard drive problem ,try updating your bios to 4981
